The team did a fantastic job cleaning all my air ducts and vents in Madison. Both the inflow and outflow vents were given a thorough cleaning, and I can really notice a difference in the air quality inside my home. My kids seem to be sleeping better and waking up without puffy eyes. Brayden and Tracy estimated the cleaning would take about 7 hours for my two HVAC units, but they spent about 9 hours because they were so careful and detailed with their work. They made sure everything was cleaned to my complete satisfaction, and honestly, they went above and beyond my expectations after I saw the before and after photos. They discovered old filters and some leftover construction debris inside the air ducts, which was making my airflow much worse. It was amazing to see how they transformed the units, especially since they hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years. Brayden and Tracy arrived on time, kept me informed about what they were doing, and showed me pictures before starting and once everything was finished. They double-checked and even triple-checked all their work. Any questions I had, they answered right away and showed me proof as they worked. I am extremely satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and plan to schedule another cleaning in the future.

Tracy was incredibly helpful when it came to cleaning my air ducts. She took the time to check out my whole duct system, explained what was causing the smell, and gave me great tips on how to take care of some of the issues myself. Tracy was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough during the inspection. She went above and beyond, making sure I understood every step of the process, and she didn't even charge me for her advice. It's hard to find people in the air duct cleaning business who truly care and deliver top-quality service, but Tracy really stands out. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of vent or duct cleaning. I highly recommend this team for air duct cleaning. They really know how to do the job right. The service was outstanding—very professional from start to finish. I hired Price Family Air Duct Cleaners to clean the ducts at a residential rental property and their team left the property in worse shape than when they arrived. I would not have expected that a duct vent cleaning would cause dirt and debris to cover every surface of the tenant's home and belongings. Having the ducts cleaned should have kept the dirt contained to the cleaning apparatus. I can not in good conscious use this company again at any of our other properties, nor recommend their services.
