I had a great experience working with PrideStaff, and I especially want to recognize Jody Northcut for her outstanding support throughout the process. Like always PrideStaff came through with quality employment opportunities. I recently moved back to Texas and I simply reached out to a recruiter (Jody Northcutt), who is my employment fairy in my eyes, and she turned around an opportunity in less than 48 hours. Absolutely amazing staff, extremely kind & fabulously resourceful. I would definitely recommend professionals to utilize this group when seeking employment. They are just great and very easy to work with.

I had the absolute best experience with PrideStaff! Shannon has been working so closely with me and not once did she ever give up on helping me find the right job. She would call and email me daily with positions she thought would be a great fit. She was always patient, encouraging, and made me feel supported every step of the way. One morning, she called me about a role she thought I’d really love. She explained everything about the company, the pay, and the responsibilities, then got me set up for the first interview. Not long after, the company asked me to come in for the second phase, and that very same day—I was offered the job! The funny part? The hiring manager told me she also found her career through PrideStaff. That just shows how much impact this company truly has. I got to work closely with Shannon and Amy, and I can honestly say they are like family members working behind the scenes, rooting for you even when you forget you asked for help. Out of the blue, they’ll call with an interview opportunity or check in to see if you’d like your resume sent out. Their dedication is unmatched. As I’m writing this review, I’m completing my onboarding paperwork and preparing to start my new job in just a couple of weeks. My advice to anyone considering PrideStaff: trust the process and be patient. They work with amazing partner companies, and quality opportunities are worth waiting for. Shannon, especially, is one of the most wonderful and kind souls I’ve ever met. I even told her more than once how much I loved her! Over the last 10+ years PrideStaff Dallas has not only helped me as an applicant, looking for a fresh start (twice), but also as an exclusive recruiting partner and extension of my department in a large firm.
