Shinhee at Prima Med Spa was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, humble, and genuinely kind from the moment I met her. She really took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure to recommend treatments that actually fit my goals instead of just pushing services. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and treatments, and you can tell she truly cares about what she does. She also looks amazing herself, which honestly gave me so much confidence in her expertise. I never felt rushed, she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had a treatment done and felt very taken care of. The whole experience felt personal, honest, and professional.
