Just want to take the time to give giant kudos to Janelle and Dr. Martinez. The care and attention that was given my sweet fur baby, Yogi was stellar. Their professionalism , compassion and expertise was beyond my greatest expectations. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to call now for an appointment. They saved my kitty’s life and I will never take him anywhere else. Top shelf customer service and knowledge doesn’t happen like this anymore. Bravo Dr Martinez and Nurse Janelle! My heart is full of gratitude!

Our family can’t thank Dr Lori and her staff enough for the last two days! They did everything they could do when we ran into the doors for an emergent situation despite us never bringing our dog there.they took him in right away no questions asked! Our dog got attacked by two other dogs and they took the BEST care of him. Despite the outcome not good they never stopped trying! Thank you so much for top care and support and empathy during this tragedy.

Our baby had the BEST grooming today at Prima Vista Animal Hospital!! The groomer was very sweet, kind and treated Penny gentle. Plus the front desk staff was also very personable , professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be taking our Penny back for her next grooming! A++ customer service, care and treatment.
