I was not very happy with the communication trying to get someone out here. When we finally got someone on the phone, they sent someone out two hours later thankfully. Richard was very thorough and explained everything. He also was able to get us in contact with another inspector the same day for another issue.

He was nice and respectful as he serviced the home making sure that my puppy was put up and everything was taken care of. We had lost of wasp activity and he was thorough as he went around the house.

So far I’ve had a great experience with Prime Pest Control. The salesman Michael was respectful, polite and helpful. I purchased a service and scheduled to have the initial service performed three days later at 9:00am. On the scheduled day I got a text from Austin, the technician, at 8:45am saying he was on his way and at 9:00am sharp he rang my doorbell. Austin, like Michael, was respectful and courteous as he detailed his plan and ask if I had any areas of concern. After a short conversation he went right to work and finished in a timely manner. So far so good for these gentlemen.
