I scheduled the detail a week in advance. Any communications were prompt, clear and detailed. Victor was my technician and he was prompt, thorough and informative about aftercare as well, which I appreciated. Pricing in my opinion was fair as well. All pricing was clearly stated on their site and any additional charges were confirmed prior to any work being done. I had both old stains and mold from a recent food incident in my car and they were able to remove it all. I had scheduled a deep clean advertised for 2 hours but he ended up working on it for almost 4! I'm super satisfied with the work done. Will definitely be using their services going forward.

Jonathan completely transformed my car! He was meticulous, thorough, and super friendly. I wasn’t expecting to get such amazing service same day and was extremely satisfied. Great communication and value. Highly recommend Prime Shiners!

I called around 1:30 to try to book a same day appointment for full interior and exterior service including shampooing the carpets with them and they really tried their best to make that happen but unfortunately it was on a holiday and not during daylight saving so the sun went Down early. They were willing to come the next day at 8am but I could not make that due to work. They were even willing to come at five A.M., but there would probably be noise complaints for my neighbors, which I did not even think about. we probably spent about two hours trying to troubleshoot a way to have the service done to clean and detail my car, which I greatly appreciate. They go the extra mile to try to accommodate their customers which I experienced first-hand.

Needed a same day appointment with a very short notice. I sent a request at 3am and received a response by 7:30am confirming the appointment by 10am. The tech was punctual, efficient and an all around pleasure to speak with. I will be using their services again in the very near future.

I've been wanting to detail my car for a while, so after some research I decided to go with them. Absolutely easy scheduling, then the technician was not only on time, but he provided great service. He worked hours on my car and made interior and exterior very nice and like new. They are extremely professional and took care of it like it's their own. The manager also reached out to me after just to make sure i was satisfied with their work. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to bringing your cars paint back to life.
