I had a good experience as a walk-in yesterday. I really appreciated Tina's work on my pedicure and Ann's work on the manicure. Both of them did detailed, excellent work. It would have been nice to have the manicure and pedicure from the same person but given that I was a walk-in I think it's fair to have had two different people. The wait time wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. The services I experienced themselves I would give 5 out of 5 stars. Four out of five stars for the waiting and feeling shuffled around a bit.
