Ken and Grant were both amazing. I absolutely appreciated both of them working hard and figuring out what the issue was. Grant even came back the same day to fix the issue once it was figured out when he had an opening. We really appreciated that so we could use our shower again. Paul was excellent. I had a new sump pump and alarm installed because my original one was constantly going off and was very loud. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or pressure me into going for the more expensive option. He gave me several options and I am highly satisfied with the end product and my overall experience with Priority Plumbing and Heating was great.
