Ken and Grant were both amazing. I absolutely appreciated both of them working hard and figuring out what the issue was. Grant even came back the same day to fix the issue once it was figured out when he had an opening. We really appreciated that so we could use our shower again. Ken came out to our house for a sewer drain issue and was very communicative, professional, friendly and knowledgable. He was able to diagnose our problem efficiently and layout the different options. Would definitely recommend using these guys for their reliable service.
Emergency water leak -- customer service was over the top great. They went out of their way to give me same day service even for a Saturday. David Fowler went out of his way to make sure I knew what I needed and was up front about what it would cost. He has fantastic customer service skills and made me feel at ease
Paul was excellent. I had a new sump pump and alarm installed because my original one was constantly going off and was very loud. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or pressure me into going for the more expensive option. He gave me several options and I am highly satisfied with the end product and my overall experience with Priority Plumbing and Heating was great.
