Customer service here is solid. Timelines are met, but cost is high for missed Detail work. Common areas like door jams, top of my jeep with bird poo spots, under the hood when applying wax etc (can see extra wax in the engine bay), sand on carpet, which I know is hard to get 100%, but I have seen it done at prices you are asking. Again, still solid work but price is not matching with expectations. Will I come back? Absolutely, because you guys keep your word in guaranteeing customer satisfaction which right now is a rare quality businesses have nowadays. I want to give a 5 star but I want to see this place get better when delivering a car back. Recommendations; Spend more time with a car and cutbacks to workload. Have checklists on your T.V. showing what the customer paid for and a review with customer of expectations. Thank you guys for busting your buttand I hope too see you guys in 5 years!

Got a quote to cermic coat my carbon hood & they were very nice and acomodating but they must have used the shittiest cermic coat because I have way worse, bigger and more visible water spots on my hood than before, & after all this rain even after I keep washing it the big water spots stayed. Alittle disappointing because I loved how the hood looked when I first picked it up & was working great until it wasn't and left the absolute worse looking water spots I have seen before all crusty and salty looked like. & I washed it immediately after I noticed and still stayed.

Amazing customer service and cleaning. They were so attentive and took my car even when having generator issues at the shop. Could have easily canceled but they still got the job done and did it above and beyond expectations. My car is clean, shining, and ready for PCS shipping. I have no worries now with taking my car to the shipping port in this above and beyond condition. Thank you guys!!!

I’ve taken our 2010 Honda Fit and 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman to Pristine Automotive Detailing both for a complete interior and exterior detail. For a great price, they did an amazing job which included a detail of the engine bay and headlight restoration. I also opted for the 3-year ceramic coating for the MINI. I would recommend Nick and others who work at Pristine Automotive Detailing. In the future I will come back for any detailing needs.
