5 Stars for "Unko Picasso" and the Incredible Pristine Team I cannot recommend Pristine Painting and Coatings highly enough! I am currently prepping my home to put it on the market, and thanks to their hard work, it is officially ready. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, personable, and top-tier. The process began with Henry Medeiros, the estimator. As our first point of contact, Henry was thorough and professional, ensuring we were comfortable and informed before the project even kicked off. Once the work began, Crew Lead Gavin Daguio—whom I’ve officially nicknamed "Unko Picasso"—proved to be a true master of his craft. His eye for detail is incredible, and he runs a fantastic crew. I was so impressed that I am already planning to bring Gavin Daguio back to finish some small interior touch-up painting along my ceilings. A special shout-out goes to Ken, the crew's carpenter. I had foster dog damage on my lanai columns and stairwell corners that were chewed up pretty badly. Ken did a phenomenal job repairing them; his work is so seamless that you can’t even tell there was ever any damage. Why this crew stands out: Market-Ready Results: Between Ken’s invisible repairs and the flawless finish from Gavin Daguio, Ryan, Mark, and Gavin P., the house looks brand new and is ready for buyers. Total Professionalism: They arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, and treated my home with the utmost respect. Great Personalities: They aren't just great painters; they are great people. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and made the project stress-free. My family chose Pristine Painting due to all the fantastic reviews, and I wanted to follow up that Kaipo and his team really live up to all of the positive reviews. Ryan, Justin, and Travis helped answer any questions involving such an important project for the house. They helped fix all the wood rot on our window frames and removed any unwanted screws, nails, and shelves before painting. Additionally, we experienced an issue with wood rot on the posts supporting our outdoor laundry room. They brought in Ken to replace the wooden posts and metal brackets, which had rusted entirely and disintegrated. It’s impressive that they were able to paint the house so quickly. And considering how windy and rainy it was, too. There was no issue with overspray from their paint sprayer. The team has always been excellent about communicating any changes in their schedule. On the very last day, Justin did a walkthrough with me to discuss everything that had been done for the house. He pointed out some details and offered advice on what to look out for the next time we undertake another painting project for the home. You can tell how passionate he is about his work based on our conversation about using the paint spray correctly to avoid overspray. Thank you, Kaipo and his team, for helping my family with such an important task and for showing even more kokua, allowing me to obtain additional referrals for other projects that need to be done for the house. I will fully recommend Pristine Painting & Coatings for any painting job needed, inside or out.

These guys are spectacular! I could feel the professionalism with my estimate from Henry Mederos III. I got a fair price for the size of my exterior project. The crew was awesome and easy to communicate with. Ryan Madeira was my project manager and answered the phone at every call. Henry Mederos Jr. was on property every day overseeing all aspecks of my project. Ken really knocked the carpentry portion out of the park. Gavin, Jason, & Kaipo are all passionate about what the do and did excellent prep & detail work. I like to support LOCAL when I spend money and this is the team! The final product exceeded my expectation and I am thoroughly satisfied.

Pristine has earned my trust! After receiving 3 formal bids (and 2 informal ones), I chose Pristine Painting & Coatings to paint the inside of my house, including all walls and ceilings. Their price was very competitive with the other bids, and Henry, the estimator, impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to do repairs prior to painting. Several small repairs were needed, and they were happy to do it all! Ryan helped me choose paint colors and even put them on my walls so I could see them “live” and make good choices. He continued to manage the job and truly went out of his way to satisfy my requests, even having special moldings made to match the existing ones in my older home! Gavin headed the paint crew. He was in my house every day for 6 days until the job was done. He was amazing! I cannot say enough about Gavin as a person, and his workmanship. He was professional, easy to talk to, kept me up to date, answered questions as they arose, and did a truly excellent job painting. He did everything as he would want it done himself. He told me that, and then he showed me by doing such careful and exacting work! Mike and Blaze assisted Gavin and proved themselves helpful and skilled as well! Pristine kept their word and came back after the job was done to touch up after the flooring people. Sorry this is such a long review, but I can’t say enough about Pristine, especially Henry, Ryan and Gavin!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new paint job by Pristine. We actually witnessed their work on the house across the street so we requested a bid. The team, Henry Jr, Gavin, Blaze, Eds, and Ryan, showed up on time, worked really hard in that hot sun and got it done. I made a really good investment on the upkeep of my house!
