Kevin and his assistant were super awesome to work with. They gave me very clear directions on how to do in-gym activities as well as easy to follow home programs. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful! I felt welcome and listened to every time. 10/10 would recommend this facility!

Excellent communicators, keen on knowing your daily experience, and will make you as comfortable as possible. That is a priority at Pro-Active. I absolutely adore my experiences at Proactive Physical Therapy. This is my fourth time needing prolonged physical therapy and my first time with ProActive in Southlands and I can easily say I have had the best experiences with them and actually look forward to each visit. A highlight of my week. Everyone is so sweet, supportive, attentive, and hardworking. A sense of humor that has me laughing most of my visit and encouragement that keeps me going. I know I would not be where I am without them. Recovering from surgery is incredibly difficult and I am so grateful they have supported and helped me in this experience. I highly recommend checking out Proactive Physical Therapy. All of the employees are friends, joking around having a good time with each other and patients even when there is a rush. They create personal and caring relationships with each patient. Care about your safety more than deadlines and want what is best for you. I am sad for when I eventually graduate. If you want a positive experience with physical therapy I highly recommend the incredible people in these teams. I am so grateful for them and know you will be too.

Pro Active is well staffed with caring, professional people who have helped me recover from knee replacement surgery. Reserving appointments and checking in are promptly performed, therapy sessions begin on time, the PTAs listen to feedback and adjust exercises accordingly and the facility is bright and clean. I am very happy with the care I've received from the excellent people working at Pro Active.

Pro-active PTs are Excellent! Ben and Bryan are both amazing as well as all staff. I’m recovering from hip surgery and I was going to advent Rehabilitation for 3 months. I wasn’t getting better, couldn’t walk, not making any progress at all. I changed to pro-active with my surgeon recommendation( Dr.White), it’s has been only few weeks working with two wonderful PTs Bryan and Ben, and I’m able to walk with better gait and balance. I’m so grateful with their services and supports. I appreciate this clinic and recommending it 100%.
