Take the time to find another company. I used their service for about six months, and they were repeatedly complete no-shows — never notifying me unless I reached out first. One of the worst examples was when they rescheduled immediately after I had just spoken with them to confirm a specific day so they could come inside and treat. My wife waited for them, only for us to find out they canceled yet again. Because of the constant unreliability, I requested to cancel the service and have the cancellation fee waived, as they weren’t providing the services I paid for. Instead, they made it even more burdensome by insisting I speak with them a third time to “explain” why I wanted to cancel, despite already sending a detailed email outlining the issues. After weeks of ignoring me, they went ahead and charged me $250 anyway. Do yourself a favor — choose a better company. Most are cheaper, and you’ll actually get the service you’re paying for.

UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU ARE KEEPING THIS SERVICE FOR AT LEAST A YEAR FROM THE START, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They came to my door saying they were in the neighborhood and were offering their service for a discounted rate and just to please give them a shot. They stated If I wasn’t happy with them, I could just call and discontinue any recurring service before next appointment. Not true at all, atleast not without paying a lot more. I do recognize that It’s my fault for trusting them without asking to read the fine print, but want to mention that When you are agreeing to the service you are signing for it on their phone so you don’t see any details until it’s sent to your email. I guess I also believed him when he said to give them a chance. When I agreed and paid for that initial service I was signing a 12 month contract that was at no point even mentioned. When I noticed this and tried to get a hold of someone to cancel it was very difficult. Away from the fact that I didn’t see any improvement with the mosquitos that i hired them for, everything I was told was inaccurate. You will not get a discounted price if you don’t continue the service for the 12 months they sign you up for. HERES WHY: when you finally get a hold of someone they say you had to cancel before 3 days after the initial service in order to avoid $250 termination fee to cancel the 12 month contract you apparently signed up for. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU is that if you do manage to get a hold of someone within the first 3 days and cancel you have to pay the full price of the first “discounted service” anyway. In my case that would of been just shy of $300 MORE as you can see in the picture of my statement. I’m sure this isn’t everyone’s experience but maybe I can help someone avoid the whole “just give us a chance” scam this company uses as their sales tactic.

Door to door salesman was a nice guy, but all I asked for was rates (partly to be polite), he had no card or any solid answer. He said he would need my phone number and email to send me the rates. Next thing you know, I get an email confirming start of service and a scheduled appointment in 2 days. I never asked for this and I found it to be very shady. And when I called the number to see why this happened, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone 45 min after opened. I did eventually get someone and she just said "ok ill take this off".... even if I was considering, I certainly will not be using this company now. And now I'm concerned they have my email and phone number.. not cool.
