I was rear ended and this shop went above and beyond for me. They were incredibly kind and helpful and truly felt like a one-stop shop. They helped set me up with a chiropractor and a lawyer, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Nancy was amazing, she always communicated clearly and kept me updated every step of the way. This isn’t just any auto body shop; they genuinely support you and help answer all your questions, including dealing with insurance. Highly recommend.

I rarely have difficulty with auto body shops but Pro Paint is one of the most professional, organized, friendly, personable, and advocacy-centered businesses that I have worked with in Portland. They handled everything with the insurance and even recommended insurance companies that offered the best, hassle free coverage. This review may sound overly effusive but you’ll see if you work with them. Old school customer service with all the convenience of tech-savvy professionals.

I had an amazing experience with this auto body shop! They were professional, friendly, and handled everything seamlessly with my insurance. I was CC’d on every update so I always knew what was going. They are super transparent and organized. Nancy is the coolest. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car only had minor damage and needed a bumper replacement, and they had it back to me in about a week, looking perfect. It’s rare to find an honest, communicative shop these days, but these guys truly are one of the last honest mechanics. I’d recommend them over any other body shop in Portland.

My experience with the team at Professional Auto Body and Paint was lovely. They walked me through every part of the process with care. We started out thinking we’d make some out of pocket repairs after a minor collision and ended up with a total loss. They helped arrange my rental when I dropped my car off, walked me through their process, helped me understand the insurers process and motivations, and helped me find an independent appraiser to challenge the insurers offer. Ultimately I received $1400 more than the insurance claimed my car was worth initially and the appraiser fee was reimbursed. Thanks to Nancy and Sean for a lovely experience during a stressful time.
