From the start, Jim Hensley listened to our wants and needs and came up with a heating and hot water system solution that included every bit of what we wanted and needed. We cannot be more happy with what we received. The project involved demo of an old, oil boiler system and the installation of a new, state-of-the-art gas system. This new system is saving our tenants 85% on their heating and hot water bills - YES 85%! All of the workers and representatives from Professional Heating & Cooling who have stepped foot on our property have all been very skilled, knowledgeable, and, yes, professional.

This is the quintessential commercial HVAC company. If you have commercial needs or need expert advice beyond the typical, there is no other option. As a high rise Chief engineer I rely on these folks to address issues I may not have time to personally address and even look to them for advice beyond the norm. There are some great HVAC contractors in the area but if you require the highest level of knowledge and skills set there is no better option.

I can not speak for the work and is seems like the other reviews their work is good. However their customer service on the phone is horrible! The lady i talked to was rude, short, and did not seem to want to take my phone call. It seemed like i was inconveniencing her by calling looking for their service
