Kyle has always been a consistent, reliable, and knowledgeable pet sitter. I can always count on her to show up and take good care of not just Kitty but also my place while I’m out of town. Always gives me peace of mind. But two summers ago when Kitty got sick and stopped eating, the vet only provided options for putting him down. Kyle was such an amazing support system and recommended a nutritional paste, which I used as a medium for administering Kitty’s medicine. Her compassion and knowledge were so important during a very scary time. I am fully convinced that Kitty is still alive today thanks to Kyle’s guidance 🙏 a true life saver. 100/10.
I have been using the Professional Pet Nanny services for several years now and fully trust Kyle and Tyler with my fur babies and my home. When we travel, they take care of my 2 Bengal boys (cats) and always do a great job. They also keep my plants alive and well while we are away. We have also used them for home watch when we are all away and they do a great job with that as well and we can rest easy knowing that all is okay while we are away. They are great about communicating any issues and they follow-up with pics for both pet and home watch services which we like. I highly recommend their services for pet or home watch.
I’ve been using Kyle as my trusted pet nanny for the last year and wouldn't use anyone else! She has so much care for my three cats and my home when visiting and always gives updates after a visit so I can have peace of mind while away on work trips and vacations. There have even been several times I’ve had situations come up last minute that I needed someone to pop in and check on my cats and she was there, no problem! Kyle is someone I would recommend to any friend or family member looking for a pet nanny.
I have been trusting Professional Pet Nanny to take care of my fluffy family (3 cats, 1 super spicy and 2 secretly shady; 1 rabbit, the evil queen. Fishes and frog, ton of plants. All are super super cute) for 5 years. Whenever I need to be out of town, they will take care of all of them. All my kids love them. They get more attention and play time with Kyle than with me 🤣. Kyle & Tyler and the other employees from the company will send me pictures daily, they will even do whatever they can to help accommodate if there’s a flight delay on my end. My apartment is always clean (a lot of work for such a small apartment with so many fluffs) once I get back, my fluffs are always happy, and I receive cute gifts from them too. The price is extremely reasonable, in company with the user friendly website for scheduling and super transparent pricing info. My experience has always been awesome. Not only that, I feel personal. Kyle and Tyler are wonderful people. I will definitely recommend them to you!
Best pet nanny service in Cincinnati! My cat is a bit cautious with new people, but immediately bonded with Kyle who takes such amazing care of our girl. We love getting her updates and pictures from playtime while we are out of town. Kyle always goes out of her way to make sure our pet and home are looked after. Their service provides some much needed peace of mind at a price you can’t beat. 10/10 would recommend to any and all pet owners!
