I highly recommend this place!! When I had gotten into a really bad accident and struggling to find a place that would take my insurance, Ash and the gang kindly welcomed me with open arms and helped me adjust. I was in a really dark place physically and mentally at the time and the crew gotten me out of that headspace by cracking jokes, getting me motivated to workout more, being flexible with my time, and overall making me safe and comfortable. I always looked forward coming in for my appointments! They have incredible resources when it comes to finding a lawyer, workout programs, community centers and more. I will miss them dearly and hope they have a great New Year!

I had a great experience at Professional PT South End. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable but also just really good people. Nicole helped me throughout my treatment and she was amazing—not only great at her job, but she made me feel comfortable and at home every time I came in. Bashir also worked with me and was just as great—super supportive and a great person to be around. I’d absolutely recommend Professional PT South End to anyone. They don’t just do their jobs well, but also truly care about the people they’re helping.

"Professional PT is one of the best Physical Therapy groups out there" - Sun Tzu, The Art of War. These are a great group of people who are very knowledgeable in their craft; Summer was able to diagnose a problem I had a lot of difficulty describing, created an excellent plan of action, and knew how to adapt the plan as needed to provide me with incredible care. They also are very fun people to be around, creating a lively environment such that you do not notice your strenuous tasks until you realized you have finished. 10/10 would recommend, but I'll only give 'em 5 stars.

I have been to this clinic twice and have had the most amazing experience. They have a very patient-centered approach, and I felt truly satisfied with my treatment outcomes. Scheduling is super easy, and the doctors are very warm and kind (extremely knowledgeable updated with treatment methods). My treatment was adjusted at every visit based on my comfort and pain tolerance, while still encouraging me to reach my best ability. They’re also such a fun group….my treatment sessions were filled with both care and laughter. I had an amazing experience and I highly HIGHLY recommend this spot. Also- very central to multiple T and bus stops. So extra points for that. Yay.

Nicole, Ash, Bashir and Summer are an amazing team with the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. They really helped me with my Knee injury, reducing my pain levels to barely noticeable and getting me back to my daily routine. Each of them is very knowledgeable, and Nicole especially helped me identify what kind of workouts I was comfortable with and what to avoid. She also explains to you how each workout helps you by targeting each muscle group. Thanks everyone. 10/10 — would highly recommend!
