This company is a terrible home insurance provider. They do not have good customer services. They are not there for your property losses and you have to proof how wind was powerful the destroy the fences. It is a waste of your money. No basis of securing your home with this insurance company. They want your money but when you ask their help to cover your loss, they show their middle finger basically. It is just waste your money and time! It is an eye opening with them when I asked my fences to be replaced although the fences were covered up to 9K.it is up to you to put your property at risk with Progressive! Terrible experience with a terrible company and customer services.
My wife was rear ended by a person who is covered by Progressive. It’s been one year and they have not reimbursed us any money for damages. There were two car seats our kids were sitting in in the accident which they did not offer with help of purchasing new once yet. They also under valued our car which if they ever pay up will lower the total amount they will end up giving us. I’m not even insured by Progressive and I’m already disappointed with them! I hope people reconsider before trying to give them business
During total loss inspection, they deducted for damage that was not present prior to loss, omitted present standard and additional equipment as well as egregiously devalued existing equipment. I canceled my policy while encouraging others to do the same, along with avoiding them in the event that you’re shopping for insurance.
Don't recommend progressive at all , go with another company and be just as good cause youcan't get any worse then this company, they dont cover your vehicle the way policy coverage says and when asked why they dance around the question and ignore it as much as possible, just calling them for issues or to return information they request you have to go thrugh a automated system to get connected to a person, you get left on hold and disconnected every other call , so they get allot and I mean allot of dropped calls ... sure sure , they just hang up im assuming ,either way no good for customers or businesses, claim representation laughed at me when I didnt except the offer and asked how much do you think your vehicle is worth? I laughed back and said its not my evaluation its the industry and public that sets prices , show me where I can purchase this vehicle in this condition and ill agree but they couldn't and refused , they ended up not responding anymore and me and my concerns on the claim and sent out a check in hopes you would just cash it and not press the issue anymore lol ridiculous, they raises my monthly payments 280 dollar after it renewed cause they automatically changed the estimate anaul mileage and decided to charge me for that unless I updated and respond in time yet they can't stay connected long enough to take care of the issue.
If I could give this company 0 starts I would. And after reading some reviews I shouldn’t have been surprised by the services I received. On February 14th I was hit and the party had progressive insurance. I was 20 weeks pregnant and my car was totaled. I had to be in a rental for 21 days because this company is nearly impossible to get a hold of and actually had to pay out-of-pocket for the police report to get things moving along. I am now stuck paying out-of-pocket cost for a rental car because progressive will not cover more than 14 days of a rental. It is now almost June and this company has caused more stress then I should’ve had to deal with as a party that was not even responsible for the accident. So if anyone is hit by someone with progressive insurance, make sure you’re only in a rental for 14 days or you will have to pay out-of-pocket cost. This is so disappointing how they treat you.
