I've had coverage through Eugene Yates Insurance for quite a few years now. I've always been impressed with their service, always super quick to respond to me whether it's to add a driver, add/change a car, or request a document so I can drive for a field trip. Everyone I've worked with is super nice, helpful, and they take the time to explain any changes! I'll even get emails and / or letters explaining why a certain change has occurred, and as always to call with any further questions. I would for sure recommend this company for all your insurance needs!

My wife and I have been with Yates Insurance for over 25 years. We have our cars, home, and umbrella policies with them. Over the years we have been solicited by other insurance agencies. We would never leave Yates Insurance because of their world class service. Mike and Asley are awesome. They just helped my son with his home and car insurance policies. Great team. Great insurance agency.

Time flies for it has been over a decade of having all of my property coverages with Eugene Yates Insurance! In retrospect, I could vividly recall the frustrations of dealing with my previous insurance broker located in Los Angeles- my phone calls took forever to be returned, some of the coverages were totally unnecessary etc.! However, the employees at Yates are just awesome when it comes to professional services as well as responsiveness to my concerns or inquiries. They have managed over the years to find the best coverages at the lowest price for my multiple insurance policies. I'm so impressed to date that I would gladly provide referrals to Yates Insurance even without any incentives being provided! My service dog Einstein is also currently insured! Special thanks to Leo especially along with Ashley and Lily with their outstanding assistance throughout the years!

We bought our first home one year ago and had no experience in the world of home insurance. Luz and Eugene C Yates made the whole process so much easier by helping us navigate the different coverage options and helping us select the coverage that fit our individual needs. Luz was always super helpful and responsive and made sure that all my questions were answered. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They provide the personal touch that i really wanted.
