As a small business, when your technology isn't working properly, everything gets put on hold while you troubleshoot. Down time is expensive! Good luck getting one of the “real humans” to answer the phone or respond to your voicemails or emails. They don’t have a physical location you can show up to anymore either.

These guys are awesome. They were super honest and helped me resolve a hardware issue with my laptop. I spoke with them for a while and could tell they knew a lot about software as well. 10/10 recommend.

I've learned over the years to judge repair services not by how they handle at their best, but how they handle things when they go wrong. I needed them to clone and upgrade the SSD in my laptop and while cleaning the dust out, one of the internal fans broke. These things happen. They called me immediately, filled me in on what happened, ordered the parts, and fixed what they broke promptly and free of charge. They were upfront and transparent with everything and handled it exactly as I would've hoped. It's refreshing to see an honest, capable repair shop, and I'll definitely be using them again.

Data recovery is not something you should ever have to experience. This was the case for one of my clients with tax data he needed quickly. Richard and team at Progressive Tech not only were able to quickly diagnose two completely different projects; one with RAID and the other with a damaged drive but did it in under a week. I run a repair business in Kitsap County and are happy to send my clients who need data recovery someone not too far away. Thanks for a great experience.
