Good luck getting one of the “real humans” to answer the phone or respond to your voicemails or emails. They don’t have a physical location you can show up to anymore either.

I've learned over the years to judge repair services not by how they handle at their best, but how they handle things when they go wrong. I needed them to clone and upgrade the SSD in my laptop and while cleaning the dust out, one of the internal fans broke. These things happen. They called me immediately, filled me in on what happened, ordered the parts, and fixed what they broke promptly and free of charge. They were upfront and transparent with everything and handled it exactly as I would've hoped. It's refreshing to see an honest, capable repair shop, and I'll definitely be using them again.

Data recovery is not something you should ever have to experience. This was the case for one of my clients with tax data he needed quickly. Richard and team at Progressive Tech not only were able to quickly diagnose two completely different projects; one with RAID and the other with a damaged drive but did it in under a week.
