I came in today to get my first hydrafacial with Stacy. The clinic was spotless and elegant, and my service was amazing. My skin has never felt so clean! The front desk staff was very professional as well. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Michon exceeded my expectations. This wasn’t my first time getting fillers and Botox, and the results were truly outstanding. He is incredibly personable, kind, and professional, which makes the entire experience comfortable and positive. Dr. Michon is also exceptionally skilled at handling more difficult injections with great precision and care. The final result was extremely better than I expected: natural, balanced, and beautifully done. I’m extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Michon. I recently visited Project Skin MD Ottawa for a facial and had the most wonderful experience! I started with a 360 Visia skin consultation, which was super insightful. I got to see what’s really going on with my skin and even discovered my skin age! Alexis was amazing, so patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me choose the perfect Hydrafacial tailored to my skin’s needs. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and gentle. Alexis made me feel completely at ease the whole time, and the results were instant, my skin felt clean, refreshed, and had such a beautiful glow afterward. The clinic is gorgeous too, it smells amazing as soon as you walk in, and everything feels calm and luxurious. After the treatment, Alexis recommended a few products and I ended up purchasing a Skinceuticals moisturizer and an eye serum that I absolutely love so far.
