Project has reinvigorated my routine with exercise. It’s quick, straight forward and well thought out. The accountability of project is excellent, from group PT to your accountability coach, it was really everything I needed to get back into fitness. The community aspect is also great, everyone is friendly and happy to chat. So glad I joined!
Excellent setup, feels like as much attention as 1:1 PT but with the benefit of the flexible slots so if your plans change from week to week you're not making life difficult for anyone. The small group training sessions are well structured, shown on a screen, and all the activities are demonstrated. The coaches all know any injuries you have and adjust any exercises to suit you, as well as aiming to build your understanding of technique. You track your progress in the app if you want to, and choose your own weights (with advice where needed), which is a a great way to feel more connected to your training. There are weekly check ins with your accountability coach and this year kicked off with a Kickstarter programme looking at diet, sleep, steps etc that is really helping get the year off to a good start. So despite some small initial worries about the individual attention and understanding of any injuries I carry, that I might lose by moving from the excellent 1:1 PT I had, to small group approach, it's actually been really really excellent and I recommend it.
I’ve recently joined project strength and fitness and it’s been an amazing experience from day one. The coaches are outstanding, supportive, motivating and genuinely invested in helping you improve. The gym itself is spotless, well organised and has a great layout. David is always looking at ways to improve things too whether it be equipment, facilities ect which is the sign of someone who cares and wants to be the best. What really sets it apart is the incredible atmosphere — welcoming, positive, and full of energy. I look forward to every session and more so the years to come. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!
I joined project to find my love for lifting and building my fitness again. The coaches are knowledgeable, kind and encouraging which made starting somewhere new very easy. There’s something for everyone here, and the sense of community and peer support is unmatched. The perfect way to change your lifestyle for the better without the added stress or pressure. If you find getting started or designing your own fitness journey daunting, I can’t recommend Project highly enough. Thanks guys!
I recently tried the 30-day trial at this small local gym, and I honestly loved every minute of it! As someone who’s never touched a dumbbell or a kettlebell before (what is a kettlebell anyway?!), I was a bit nervous, but the atmosphere here is so welcoming and not intimidating at all. The trainers are super patient, fun, and easy-going, and they make every class feel achievable — even for total beginners. Everyone here is like-minded and supportive, so it really feels like a community rather than just a gym. The classes are small and there's lots to choose from. After just 30 days, I noticed a real improvement in my strength and confidence, and I also felt amazing mentally — more positive and energized! If you’re a beginner woman looking for a fun, encouraging, and friendly place to get started, this gym is an absolute gem!
