Nurse Ayapeh was phenomenal, friendly, efficient, and super quick. She made the entire laser hair removal process comfortable and easy, and her energy was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I absolutely love her and highly recommend her!

This was my first time visiting Prolase in Glendale, and I honestly had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the spa manager, was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress free. I want to give a special shoutout to Tina, who did my laser hair removal. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless and very smooth. I’m really happy with how carefully and professionally she handled everything. I also want to mention Ramak, who did my Botox. I’ve had issues in the past with Botox being done incorrectly, which caused droopy eyes, so I was understandably cautious. After explaining my concerns, she truly listened and adjusted accordingly. The results already look great, and I couldn’t be happier with how flawless her work was. I highly recommend this place. The level of care, the quality of service, and the pricing are all excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing experience at ProLase Laser Clinic for my laser hair removal treatments. The clinic is clean, professional, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Nurse Rouzanna. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. She also made great conversation, which helped the appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than clinical. I truly felt cared for, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend ProLase and Nurse Rouzanna!

I came in for a touchup for laser Hair removal and they were so great and professional. They didn’t just target where there was hair growth, but the entire area for a 15 minute touchup. They are so professional it’s so clean and their prices are amazing. Rouzanna was so sweet and educated about the treatment as well.
