Extremely beautiful place to relax, go with the family, or attend one of the many events at.The Promenade Park and The Riverfront blew my expectations out of the water. The amount of variety of places to sit and relax, as well as the attention to the health of the surrounding environment, pleasantly surprised me.

A lovely place to visit with family and friends. Beautiful scenery, playground with picnic tables. They have a bench swing, trail for walking, rollerblading, bikes etc. Kayaks for rent to explore the river. Riverside park with a decorative river, treetop walkway, splash pad, playground, and picnic areas.

Really, two playgrounds in one. There's a kid's playground with slides and spinners, and a very short walk away is a fun splash pad and gentle flowing water. Street parking at meters is almost always filled, but a newer parking lot has opened near the playground.

Our whole family had a great time here. We came right before sunset. The scenery was great and it wasn’t crowded at all. Water area and playground for the kids. I believe there was a concession too. Large rocking benches and arena style seating by the water. We bought a $20 paddle set from Walmart prior to going because they have ping pong tables, fooseball, and cornhole. Great place to go!
