I went there for Toefl test. The staff were nice and helpful with check in and the process. But everyone was in the same room and the speaking part was so distracting!

Nice building comfortable professional peaceful courtyard on the way to the bathroom. Parking is a little tight.

Was concerned about noise levels after reading reviews, but I actually really enjoyed my test day experience. They do a good job putting people with longer tests farther from the door to avoid disturbances. It really isn’t that distracting and I was able to focus just fine with the provided headphones. The staff are super nice, bathrooms are easy to access, parking is convenient (make sure to park in the farthest two rows from the test center), and they have a nice little courtyard for you to eat lunch and take breaks. I did not find a water fountain though so if you are taking a long test make sure to bring enough water for yourself.

Nice people in a convenient, nice building, but it was far too chaotic and loud in the test center for me to concentrate during the test. Testing times are staggered, which means individuals are frequently coming in and out of the testing room. Much worse, people are checked in, searched, and checked out directly outside of the testing room, which has no noise insulation. Worst of all, moderators chatted loudly outside of the room during testing. Have never attempted to take a test in such a distracting place before. Scores reflect that. Cannot recommend.

I'm glad I chose this place for Step 3. The staff, especially Nathane, Neth, and Michael, were caring and supportive. Thanks to all the proctors for creating a helpful and supportive environment. I highly recommend this place.
