Prometric Test Center, located in the Plaza of the Americas, offers a professional and efficient environment for various standardized testing needs. While the center is noted for its cleanliness and attentive staff, it also experiences challenges such as understaffing and delays during peak hours. Despite mixed reviews, many appreciate the ease of parking and the convenience of a nearby food court. The center is a key choice for individuals seeking a reliable testing location in downtown Dallas.

Just go take a test right? WRONG. Prometric is a massive unorganized hell. If it's supposed to take an hour. It will take 10.

Not sure a test center should get star reviews. But they're okay for a test center. Compared to other locations, they're middle of the road. They seem to be understaffed. So I guess they're doing their best. Pros: plenty of parking, spacious location, clean. Cons: you'll NEVER start your exam on time (I've been here 3 times) and they don't do the confirmation calls the day or so before your exam.

Heavy traffic and long wait times even with an appointment but great staff.

Would give 0 stars if I could for the location. Arrived early to my test to a full waiting room and a line of people out the door waiting to check in, only to find out there's only 1 employee manning the entire place. A lot of the test takers knew each other and were talking and laughing very loudly, and wouldn't stop despite the employee telling them to keep quiet 3 times. Started my test an hour late due to the delay in check in and seating. Stress like this can negatively impact test takers' state of mind and ultimately their performance. The only reason I'm giving any stars is because of the 1 employee, Alex. He was doing a great job of running the whole place by himself. Additional negatives include the fact that the bathroom is in the hall and you need a key card, and if they're already in use you get to wait. Also parking is crazy expensive and they don't validate. If you're in the Dallas area, go to the prometric on Coit, they're much more organized, well staffed, quiet, and have clean bathrooms and free parking.
