Never thought I would write a review for a testing center, but the guys working Saturday morning were particularly lovely. They all had a calm and friendly energy which was just what I needed when taking a four hour test that I studied months for. I brought foam ear plugs to wear under the ear muffs they provide, so I had zero issues with noise.

Unprofessional and an embarrassment to all test centers. This center used an outdated roster that caused me to miss a test. The kicker is they reported the test as finished after I had to go through a hoopla to reschedule with Prometric. I also had an issue the first time, where their tech delayed my test by 30 minutes. For the money spent if you can take a test elsewhere I would do it. Completely unprofessional and a joke of a test center.

I’ve taken two exams at this Prometric location and both times the experience was extremely disruptive due to noise. The administrators regularly talk loudly right outside the testing room, and every time the door opens you can clearly hear full conversations during the exam. Even using the provided noise-reducing earmuffs didn’t help. I could still hear them, and the earmuffs themselves seemed unhygienic with no way to clean them. A timed testing environment should have basic noise control as a given. I won’t be returning and would strongly recommend choosing a different testing center if you care about focus and a quiet environment.
