I am a June 2026 bride from Florida who traveled to California in search of my dream wedding dress. I discovered Pronovias on TikTok and decided to schedule an appointment—and I’m so glad I did! Before my appointment, I received a call from my stylist, Ms. Carla, who immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. She took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for and even remembered every detail when I arrived two weeks later. Ms. Carla was absolutely amazing—honest, experienced, structured, and so personable. She pulled several gowns that perfectly matched my vision and made the entire experience special. Although I didn’t end up purchasing my dress there, I left feeling inspired and grateful. She even re-directed me toward the style my heart was truly set on. If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely listens and cares, ask for Ms. Carla—she’s a gem! Everyone in there was so nice and helpful not only to their clients but each other as well!

Everyone was so kind at my veil appt! I brought my mom with me and my dress to see if it would fit the veil of my dream and it did! Yesenia helped us and she was SO kind- she really made the appointment special. She has so much knowledge about bridal dresses, fabrics and is a fashion student! It was such a pleasure to work with her. Their shop is beautiful and Yesenia made it an unforgettable experience!

I came to Pronovias for the quality & instead got an $800 polyester veil from Barcelona that took 2 weeks for them to ship & then an additional 13 weeks for it to sit in the store to add a blusher (another piece of polyester). Only positive is that staff is very nice. Overall- 15 weeks to get what I could’ve gotten in Downtown LA for 1/3 of the price and the same day.

I had the best experience at Pronovias yesterday and I cant believe Brianna and Tessa helped me found my dress after my first dress shop I went to. After speaking to Brianna the day before, she gave me so much peace of mind because I am a super simple person. I described to Brianna how I didn’t want anything overly fancy and how I just wear leggings and shirt all day. She brought about 20 dresses and made sure I liked what I liked. After trying a several dresses, I finally said yes! I appreciated the whole team taking the time to pick the dressed for me. I cant wait until my big day!

I went to this location as I recommended it to my sister for her wedding. Tatiana made sure to provide the best experience of searching for a wedding gown. She provided more than seven dresses that my sister selected and she ended choosing the first one she tried on. Tatianna provided genuine and honest care. I appreciate people that take their time to make costumer feel special. I am beyond grateful to this location and the quality and look of each gown is BEYOND this world.
