Had a guy come out today for a quote just a quote cause I wanted to get a quote for a roof and see if it fit with our financial status we were just shopping around and was recommended by a coworker. He kept pressuring us to say yes or no to the quote and wouldn't talk to me even though I would be the core finance person but my mother cause she was the home owner. He kept pressuring us saying " how come you didn't say yes to the other quotes.. etc." He didn't understand us at all and I couldn't really get any words i. He was really rude to my mother trying to pressure her into financing today and wouldn't let us settle and think. It honestly was a waste of time and the WORST customer service I have seen, very rude and pushy. I had to tell him to leave the home. I'm sure the work is alright but man get you guys another person for that job he isn't a people person just wants a sale. Definitely not using this company!

Proper Roofing did my roof around 3 years ago. So far everything is great, no complaints, great roof. City permitting went great, all the inspections passed, all went smooth. So far the roof is excellent. Thank you Gill the owner and Gio the sales representative. Happy customer and excellent customer service.
