My experience at ProSpine Orlando has been wonderful. From my first visit when I walked in the door and was greeted by Esnaider, at the front desk, who provided incredibly kind and attentive customer service, I immediately began to relax. Karina retrieved me from the lobby, she expressed concern over my well-being, and spoke to me with a calm demeanor, reinforcing the feeling that I would be well cared for, this proved to be the case. After 3 months of treatment I continue to be delighted with ProSpine. Dr Bastos is the best chiropractor I have ever visited. I had a bad experience with a different provider in the past and was avoiding treatment, even though I was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders. On my first visit Dr Bastos suggested I get X-rays and gave an affordable option for having them done. Seeing the x-rays, clearly showed the issues that needed attention. I felt even better about having treatment at this office knowing Dr Bastos had as much information as possible about my situation. Dr Bastos took time explaining to me what was going on and what the best treatment options would be. I went ahead with the treatments and I am greatly improved. They offer affordable options for treatment packages, as in the beginning quite a few adjustments were necessary. I have always been nervous about having my neck adjusted, but Dr Bastos does a gentle adjustment only moving the bones that have to be rather than everything in the neck. I highly recommend ProSpine Orlando. Thank you to everyone at ProSpine for taking such good care of me.

Exceptional and outstanding service! My dad was first treated and recommended them when I got injured, I felt very welcomed and cared by the whole staff. Dr Bastos treated me with great professionalism and care. Definitely I recommend.

Just finished my chiropractic session and I couldn’t be happier. The doctor is extremely professional, explains everything clearly, and really knows what he’s doing. His wife and the front desk assistant are also super friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Excellent service, welcoming environment, and immediate results. Highly recommend! 🙏🏽

Dr. Bastos is very patient and takes the time to explain everything in detail. His treatment goes far beyond simple adjustments — it truly makes me feel better, more relaxed, and cared for.
