I had a good experience working with this immigration firm on my EB-5 process. The team was very helpful and explained the process clearly from start to finish. Venkat was always reachable by phone, provided timely updates, and shared all the necessary information. Rakesh, head of the firm and Jacqueline, the lead attorney, stepped in when needed and were very supportive. Claudia was great with handling documentation and details. Like most immigration firms, the process does take time, which is expected. One suggestion for improvement would be offering recommendations for strong EB-5 projects, as many clients hesitate due to project uncertainty.
