All the staff is very friendly and they treat you like they've known you forever. I'm trying to convince them to give me their fish but they won't lol no just kidding but honestly I like that they don't push you beyond what you can physically do they seem to really care about not making things worse and it's not like other physical therapies that I've gone to so that's nice. I do recommend
