Ronda was our designer for a floral arrangement for an employee of ours and his wife that had their baby. I ordered a dinosaur stuffy as well that they were out of but Ronda called me with 2 other choices and sent photos for me to look at and pick from that were so cute to replace it with. She also took the time to send me a photo of the whole order. The flowers, balloon and ram stuffy were beautiful. Will definitely use them again.

I made an order with Susan that had to be changed because the patient had moved locations during the process of getting the order which was no fault of the florist. Susan immediately took care of canceling the order with one of their florist, reordering it from another Pugh’s location closer to the area the patient had been moved to and still got it delivered in a timely fashion. It was exactly what I’d requested, the family member was loved it, I was happy and the staff of Pugh’s did everything to accommodate my request without hesitation.
