Great place to take your car. Very accommodating. Went in for an oil change, they only had one mechanic working as it was a Sunday and almost 3pm. But they took me in and I was out in about half hour. Very friendly staff and down to earth. I will return for any services needed on my vehicle. THANK YOU! PUNAHOU AUTO!!

The service was exceptional and affordable and finished by end of day. I bought a new battery at Oreillys but the battery clamps were so corroded and rusty the battery couldn’t be manually replaced. Punahou Auto Service is next door to Oreillys so I went to their office to explain my situation. They went to the Oreilly lot and charged my car and moved it to their lot to replace the corroded parts and put in the new battery

The team here is very kind and friendly. For anyone looking for car service, I would highly recommend this place. This is my third time visiting a car shop for my car issue, and I can honestly say they are very honest and helpful. They fix only what needs to be done and clearly explain everything. Some shops, if you walk in and don't know much about cars, will likely try to push you to pay for whatever repairs they suggest. But this shop is not like that. They are honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this place and will continue coming back for car maintenance.
