Upon purchasing my tickets, Ticket Master told me the “2 drink minimum” per ticket meant 2 drinks came with the ticket purchases. I called and asked specifically. Only to get there and realize them drinks was not included. Not only that, the drinks was $22 per drink and it had no liquor! None! Not a single drip. Lol. It was sour mix in those strawberry vodka lemonades. So disappointing to pay that much for drinks only for them to be nothing but juice. The food; however, was good. Fries were fresh and the brisket sliders were tasty. The service was good too. Our waitress was a bit busy, but I could understand that. She still checked in as often as she could. Overall, the atmosphere and hospitality were great. I just don’t understand the drink situation. Why are we required to purchase 2 drinks? What if I didn’t drink alcohol? I’d be required to buy two soft drinks? And why is that? What’s the purpose? I don’t understand. Then to be an occasional drinker, and not even get a buzz off two large drinks is crazy. Again, no liquor. I’d definitely come back, I just refuse to buy mixed drinks. Give me 2 shots as my “2 drink minimum”.
Front row seats, drinks flowing, and Ed Bassmaster absolutely killed it ..his openers were just as good. The venue is intimate, the vibe was on point, and the service was fast, kind, and attentive all night. We were even gifted tickets for a future show, which honestly sealed the experience. Such a fun, elevated night … definitely coming back.
Pretty expensive in addition to the tickets. The staff was great, friendly and fairly prompt. My section did have to wait until the show ended before I got my tab and paid. I upgraded to premium seating and seats are assigned to you. Having a single ticket, I was in the 3rd (last) row of premium. General seating were able to choose their seats, first come first serve. Appeared to be handicap accessible with steps to get inside or to the restrooms.
Great show! Great staff! It was our first time at a comedy shown but the staff was so friendly and even gave us free tickets to the next show! The comedians made us laugh and feel comfortable. I would recommend coming here with friends! After returning they are saying we HAVE to buy a 2 drink minimum. Which is insane because why is water $6??? Their prices are insane and it’s insane I cant just watch a show without having to purchase something when PUNCH LINE THEMSELVES gave us free tickets to watch their comedy show.
Brought my daughter to her first stand up comedy show. My first time at Punch Line, didn't know it existed here in Houston. Went to see Tacarra. I missed the memo on the website that tells you that you may be seated with people that are not in your party. I did general admission cause typically I don't want to sit at the front in the comedy show because the comedian may get on you. It was a sold out show so we had to share our table with another party. Which was actually fine. It's a small venue But my biggest issue was that there was not enough table for us to enjoy our orders. I ordered the spinach dip and my daughter got the veggie burger. We had to eat with our dishes in our laps. Otherwise staff was great And we enjoyed the show.
