I have been taking my dogs here since 2020. The ladies at the front desk are always so nice. The groomers really take such great care of the dogs. I like that this is a small business and not a big pet chain. I feel better giving my money to local small businesses that have been in the community for a long time. I highly recommend puppy love!!!

Milo has been coming here for years now and we have never had a problem. He’s always happy to see the staff and they definitely know who he is every time we walk in! The staff has been amazing and if the great service continues we will continue coming to Puppy love until the end of time ! Thank you all 💗

I will forever continue to bring in my dogs and cats for grooming and boarding. Liz the receptionist is so sweet and kind. She always gets our haircut notes right! And not to mention their prices are great. My pup loves it there he never seems to want to come home after boarding a week.

We had an awful experience at Puppy Love Dog Grooming. Our dog came out smelling terrible. It seemed like he may have had an accident during the grooming and was still covered in poop when we picked him up. When we asked the front desk for dog wipes to clean him up, no one was helpful. Even worse, my dog was unusually quiet and withdrawn, sitting in a corner like he had been mistreated. We also found that his paws were bleeding from a poorly done nail trim. They had cut into his skin. The next day his eyes were red and puffed up. We have never had this experience in any other grooming places. It took couple of days for my dog to go back to his normal self. This was upsetting on every level. They don’t even deserve 1 star. We will never bring our pup here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their dog’s well-being. Horrible experience.

The first two photos is when I pick up my Ozzy from the groomers today. The last three are pics of how I have picked him up before.. See the difference…. I have been bringing my fur babies here for the last four years. Never have I had any problems until the last few visits that I have brought him. When I pick him up it looks like he has razor burn and bloody red irrated areas where they were rushing or cutting to close to his skin. He is 14 years old and is a very mellow, sweet dog. So that is why I’m so upset. He isn’t hyper, doesn’t move a lot, so why does he look like this. The first time they apologized and said the groomer who groomed him was no longer there. So I gave them another chance. But today as soon as they handed him to me I was upset. They called me two hours after I dropped him off and said he was ready but my other dog wasn’t but by the time I get there she should be done too. Usually it takes about 3 hours or more when they call me to pick them up. Ozzy had way more hair and it should have taken longer to groom him than my other dog Blanca. Blanca looked great! So I asked if they had different groomers, they said yes. I asked to speak to the owner and I was informed that they weren’t there but I can talk to the groomer. I’m sorry there is nothing this groomer can say to justify why he looks like that. That is just his face! He had razor burn and dried blood under his arm pits. I was told the owner only comes in on Sundays, and they can call me then if I want to leave my number. Maybe you need to be at your place of business more often so things like this doesn’t happen again. I will be taking my fur babies else where. Hopefully the owner can fix what has been happening here the last few months.
