They pretty much scalped my terrier mix yesterday, it doesn't matter what you tell them when you bring dog in. . They do okay on my Maltese mix as long as you don't give special instructions,

I dropped my dog off at 10:30. I had to call to see if she was ready to be picked up at 1PM. I do not want my dog in a kennel all day if she doesn’t need to be. Plus, I asked for ears and tail to be trimmed and immediately noticed that wasn’t done. She also has a nick under her left arm from the hack job they did. IF YOU INJURE A DOG, no matter how small, TELL THE OWNER. She’s is uneven all over. A free bandana to cover up her uneven chest. Her face not even cleaned up properly . A cheap spot but you get what you pay for.

I paid $130, brought a reference photo, and they cut off all my hair. It wasn't what I expected; I was disappointed.
