Stephanie does an AMAZING job with both of my dogs❣️❣️❣️ I have an eight year-old Havanese. And a ten year old deaf toy Australian Shepherd. My Australian Shepherd is very timid, from being abused from a puppy. And she LOVES Stephanie. (I hope I spelled her name correctly.)

Both locations really work on accommodating requests, I have a frequently sick corgi and they have helped me on short notice, several times in a pinch. Their scheduling system in the past needed to be improved and they listened to feedback and have a much better system setup now. Everyone is human, when they have made a mistake in the past, they have been 100% accountable and so willing to resolve. They are open on weekends and have excellent groomers who have heart and passion. Stop by, and you will come back a happy client. The services provided are always great and priced competitive. Wonderful people and place. Best I've had and still a great place for your pets.

We love Alicia! She does such an incredible job grooming our Cavalier King Charles Poppy. My biggest fear with taking Poppy to a groomer was that she would come home with a short “buzz cut”, but that has never been the case. Alicia takes the time to talk through what we want, don’t want, and makes adjustments along the way. Poppy always leaves looking so fresh and clean; we recommend Puppy Pad and Alicia to anyone!
