I’ve been using pups DIY for about 2 years now. Yesterday was my third time in recent months showing up to locked doors during posted open hours. It’s unfortunate because I liked coming here; it’s bare-bones but with all the essentials at your disposal.

Drove to pups on 5 mile road, advertised open on Sundays, open at noon.....not open at all. Tha store wasting g my time. I had been a customer for years at that location before it changed hands. These people are losers

I have always had a positive experience with Dirty Paws. The groomers and bathers are consistent, and provide nothing short of top quality service and results for Daytona. She is a known raspy (slightly dramatic) squealer, so knowing she is in good hands is relieving. Easy to book, reminder appointment calls, clean environment with an amazing staff. If you want it - they got it!
