I had an older furnace that opted out of heating on a Sunday midday. I called Purcell and spoke with a human. After sending along some information via text a service tech arrived the following day and troubleshooted my system. Got me back some heat immediately using my heat pump and will await the replacement parts and fix for the furnace. Great communication by the company and the tech was thorough checking over the furnace as well as inspecting my heat pump for any problems. The tech (Michael) was friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend their emergency services to anyone in the area!
