Pure Air Care did a HVAC duct and vent cleaning service for us - Steve and Austin were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very considerate of our home throughout the entire cleaning. They took the time to educate us on what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated. They were up front on cost with no hidden up-chargers. If I could give 10 stars I would! Jay and Jordan were so amazing! Efficient and helpful in explaining the process. My house smells an amazing and the air overall feels so much fresher! The overall company was so prompt in calling me and setting an appointment. Reminders for when next service is was left! So a great experience from beginning to end!
