horrible people manage this store, cause regular people get looked at the wrong way. The staff acts so prestige, like they are better than anyone walking by. and are quick to call the cops on anything. It feels very hostile and the experience is was never good.

Your employees record customers with meta glasses . Then they make fun of people in the group chat. They try to provoke people so they can talk crap and post. So unprofessional. Hey owner why do you allow this?????

My 16 y/o son bought a Spider hoodie for $395. The original Spider website has it for $159. He will use this as a teachable moment to not buy the first thing you see and most definitely to not shop at places that don’t give a refund.

I recently bought a multilayered wallet chain, and it fell COMPLETELY apart. I wore it for a concert the same day and clips and crosses were all over the floor. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't come across the EXACT same chain on Shein for $4 and these people are charging $90 for the same piss poor quality. I got finessed, but I'm writing this review, so you don't make the same mistake I did.
