I will never go back to this store. I understand one review may not hurt their business but I want to share my experience. I went in today just to browse and ended up purchasing a disco ball chain for $69 plus tax. Later I went online to see if there were other color options and found what appears to be the exact same chain on Alibaba for around $3.50. That kind of markup is honestly shocking. I returned to the store to bring this to their attention and instead of addressing my concern professionally the manager responded in a dismissive and disrespectful way asking why I was “crying” about it. That kind of behavior toward a customer is completely unacceptable. This experience left a very bad impression. I’ll be posting photos showing the item instore alongside the listing I found online especially since the images appear to be the same ones being used. Very disappointed never again.

Paid over $200 for a hoodie set that fell apart in one wash…. Horrible quality thats WAY too expensive. Their policy is horrible, they never answer the phone or emails, just all around bad business.

horrible people manage this store, cause regular people get looked at the wrong way. The staff acts so prestige, like they are better than anyone walking by. and are quick to call the cops on anything. It feels very hostile and the experience is was never good.
