I started attending Pure Barre classes in October 2024. I was really out of shape and had not exercised regularly in 20 years. From day one, Kendal made me feel like I belonged. All of the instructors are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The environment is positive and non-judgmental. I no longer hate to exercise. For me, Pure Barre will not be just another fad workout trend I've tried and failed at over the years; it's a new lifestyle. I am so glad to be here.
I love Pure Barre Aledo! I started in December and this is the best shape of my life. All muscle groups are engaged. I highly recommend for all age groups.
I have been a member just over a month and I love it! I'm normally strictly a lifter with some cardio (walking/jogging with dogs/equestrian). But, I was noticing some gaps in training, and I stopped progressing like I wanted. My endurance, flexibility, and cardio were severely lacking. In just a month of barre classes, I have seen improvements all around! I'm able to jog longer, lift heavier, do more push-ups, hold a plank, improved recovery, improved flexibility, and overall performance improvements. And the environment is amazing! The instructors are all fantastic, they make sure to help everyone, no matter their fitness level. They also have times for working folks or stay at home folks. It's one of the only fitness studios that offers early mornings that fit my schedule (5:15am classes are my main go-to). I highly recommend this studio and program for anyone just starting or even more seasoned athletes. It's a lot harder than it looks, but that hard work pays off!
I attended a ✨FREE✨ entry level class with Emma was exceptional! She was a great instructor and made me feel very seen and welcomed! Jackie (front desk) was warm and inviting and very informative of the packages they offer! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try something new on their fitness journey! 10/10!
