I absolutely love going to Heena for waxing, she is truly the best. She is incredibly clean, professional, and always makes the entire experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their comfort. I wouldn’t trust anyone else highly recommend her to anyone!

Heena is amazing! I’ve been booking waxes with her for many years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Her technique is truly impeccable and the experience is as painless as a wax can be. She is communicative, very friendly and puts you at ease immediately, and her studio is spotlessly clean, well located and easy to get to via public transportation. I can’t recommend this small woman-owned business more. Book an appointment, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been going to Heena for my waxing needs for over 15 years, back when she was at Max Wax on the Upper West Side—so you can imagine how gutted I was when they suddenly closed. I was honestly so relieved (and excited!) to find out she opened her own studio, PureWaxNYC. Heena is simply the best—she’s incredibly quick, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. What could be an uncomfortable experience is always smooth and stress-free with her. The studio itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which makes such a difference. I’m so happy I found her again and truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking forward to many more years of coming here. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Heena for 2 years now, and not only is she the best at what she does, she makes the whole experience pleasant and is extremely honest, i.e. don't come back until your hair is ready to be waxed again! Support small businesses!

I’ve been going to Heena for 20 years, from Max Wax to her own studio, PureWax, which is beautiful, spotless, and serene. Her work is unmatched: perfect brows, smooth bikini waxes, and flawless arms and legs every time. She’s incredibly skilled, warm, and truly dedicated to her clients. Her expertise only grows with time. I recommend her without hesitation.
