I recommend Perfect Grooming to anyone! Definitely use them as your first choice. They were quick to respond and get me booked. The service was very efficient and they communicated very well with me throughout the whole process. I also love that they provide a little live cam to watch if you would like. My kitten, Luna, came out looking so perfect! Will be hiring again!

purrfect grooming did an amazing job with my dog and cat. My golden retriever LOVES to swim and it causes severe matting. Because of that, I was certain she would need to be completely shaved. The groomers were able to preserve her coat. She looks great and smells even better!! Our cat did not make the groomer's job easy; however, they did an incredible job and were very patient! I will definitely use them again! Scheduling was very easy and the prices are great!

I brought my dog nova in for grooming, and while the groomer was patient, the overall experience was disappointing and ended up causing more harm than good. within a day of the appointment, nova developed a severe reaction on her face bumps, redness, burning, and scabbing that lasted several days. she was crying the next morning from how irritated her skin was. i’m not sure what products were used on her face, but clearly something wasn’t appropriate for a sensitive-skin dog. as pet owners, we trust groomers to use safe, gentle products, especially when we mention a dog’s sensitivities. communication before the appointment also wasn’t great i asked multiple questions and mostly got price quotes back without the details i actually needed. i wanted to share my honest experience because i feel like it’s important for dog owners with sensitive skin dogs to know what to expect. i scheduled a grooming appointment for my staffie, nova, and while the groomer himself was patient with her, the overall experience left me disappointed. first, the communication before the appointment felt rushed and very price driven. when i asked about timing and availability, the responses were unclear and focused mainly on what the service cost, instead of answering simple questions about when they could actually come. as a customer, that didn’t feel good it felt like payment mattered more than the dog. the bigger issue happened after the grooming. within a day, nova developed bumps and irritation all over her face. she woke up crying in the middle of the night, and she wasn’t herself for several days. she didn’t even enjoy her car rides something she loves more than anything. the reaction was painful and stressful for her, and it was hard for me to watch. she’s finally starting to heal, but the whole situation was rough. i don’t know what product was used on her face, but whatever it was, it caused a noticeable reaction. i really think the team needs to be more careful with products, especially around the face, and more aware of how certain shampoos, sprays, or wipes can affect sensitive dogs. I appreciate that they eventually apologized and documented her sensitivity for future visits, but i still feel this could have been avoided with better communication and more attention to detail. i hope this review helps them improve their process going forward, because our pets deserve the best care and safest products possible.

I highly recommend Purrfect grooming, they went above and beyond exceeding my expectations and were not only quick but very cooperative and communicative. Both of my dogs grooming services was so great that at pickup I received news that one of them didn’t want to leave Jose. I had no complaints from him and my dogs don’t usually like being groomed but they loved the experience. I will be booking with Jose again Ian’s highly recommend services.
