Terrible company to have your taxes done with! Not only are they over priced (not a part of my 1 star review) they can’t seem to get anything correct! You pay a premium for terrible service. They don’t go thru any of your tax information with you. All they want is a questionnaire completed that doesn’t go over everything you may want to write off etc. I had asked them to file a new dba on my behalf. Well they acted like they did, come to find out, it was never filed! Do your self some savings with time and money and find someone that has time for you. This company is so over worked they don’t have any time for their clients. Awful experience!
