We stopped at Puzzle Room Pittsburgh yesterday, and it was a great experience. The room was well done and thought out. The puzzles were clever, but Terrence, our guide, made the visit great! He was patient, professional, and polite. I would definitely recommend.

We had an absolute blast at this Pittsburgh escape room! The Sasquatch theme was so immersive and well-executed—the puzzles were clever and really fit the 'wild' atmosphere. A huge shoutout to our Game Master, Forrest, who was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better with timely hints and great energy. We’ll definitely be back to try their other rooms soon!

Took family (6) to Pitt Puzzle Room for the first time. We did the Sasquatch room. We had so much fun and our GameMaster Ci’Jai was absolutely awesome. The room was a good challenge since we had 3 kids under 11. Had a minor issue with one of the clues and being able to hear Ci’Jai’s clues over the microphone. Rest was amazing and we will certainly come back and do a different room in the near future.

We had a fantastic time doing the Christmas Countdown room! Even with a large group working together, the puzzles were challenging without feeling impossible. Our leader Terrance was incredible, very helpful & supportive when we needed a push. The team solved the puzzle with just 1 minute to spare! We all left with huge smiles on our faces saying we’d love to do another escape room again sometime. 10/10

Of the several escape rooms we’ve done, this is by far the best one. Awesome immersive experience. Difficultly was just right (Sasquatch), we barely beat it, but happy we did. Game masters Kenneia and Ci’Kai were great and super friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return. Looking forward to the next visit already. Highly recommend Puzzle Room Pittsburgh!!
