If I could give it a zero I would. We are a family of 6 who have done every escape rm in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Here was our experience: It started off with us not being able to get in the building. The building was locked with no doorbell. I had to call twice to say we were at the door. We were so excited to do the escape rm, but once inside the woman was so miserable it made us not excited for it anymore. She was not engaging and acted like we interrupted her time. She was very unwelcoming. Once the rm started we asked for a clue. The clue was very vague and we didn’t understand it, so we asked for another clue or to explain what the first one ment. She kept sending the same clue over and over. It was not helpful. We didn’t escape, and left feeling very frustrated and like we waisted our family time and money. Like I said we have done every escape rm in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho and have escaped everyone except for the Cabin when it was bran new at NM Escape rm. This was the worst run escape rm we have ever experienced. Please don’t waste your time and money. There are so many better rms in Albuquerque.

I have done numerous escape rooms around the country and this one is one of my favorites. The art work is amazing and the puzzles are well thought out. It’s definitely a hard room that is great for skilled escapists!

This escape room is so clearly a labor of love...from the art to the puzzles to the phenomenal story the provides the backdrop, it is definitely an amazing experience! You can tell that care and thought was put into every aspect of this room, and the puzzles are fun and challenging, but not so hard that completing the room is impossible. Francesca is a wonderful host, and you can feel her love for escape rooms in ever part of this one! If you love escape rooms, you MUST give Puzzled's Wonderland a shot!!

This was a completely unexpected experience! This was designed exquisitely with challenging but not overly frustrating clues. The clues are descriptive and sometimes deceptive, enough to get you thinking! The decorations were done exceptionally and stuck to the theme.

My boyfriend and I LOVED this escape room!! The Alice in Wonderland theme was done so well - we truly felt like we’d fallen down the rabbit hole 🐇✨ The set design was stunning!! It was whimsical, immersive, and so detailed that we kept finding new clues and references. The puzzles were amazing! They were challenging enough to be fun, but not so difficult that they were frustrating. Hints were dispersed well. We got stuck quite a few times but never felt that we were being rushed. The game master was super sweet, helpful, and friendly. It was clear that so much love was put into this experience. Overall, this was an incredible escape room and very well priced!! I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a whimsical adventure.
