During the 20 years Pyramis Company has managed our single family home rental property, we’ve consistently found them to be professional and dependable. For the past 2.5 years, Chelsea has been the property manager during which time we’ve established an excellent rapport. Chelsea’s responsiveness and ability to concisely explain issues that arise and then proactively effectively handle them has ensured the property’s continued success. I highly recommend this company’s services. Mike W.

We had an amazing experience working with Mark during the application process! He was there to answer our emails and calls as soon as we needed help. He made sure everything was set up for us to be successful before taking off for his Christmas holidays! We appreciate everything and we are so excited for this new chapter in our life!

We have been with Pyramis for about 4 years, our first experience was a little rocky, but when Chelsea became our property manager everything changed for the better. She is kind, responsive, and helpful. Our maintenance requests are handled quickly and the contractors that have been sent have been great.

I am very happy with the Pyramis Co. and Chelsea. Their maintenance contacts are outstanding. In the past six months, she has delivered a complete new HVAC system and new roof at our rental in Indian Springs. Online maintenance requests are responded to immediately. Thank you for everything… B. Browning
