Went into this store on the 30 of August and had the absolute displeasure of being served by a lady there who was quite literally the rudest person I have ever been served by in my life. The blatant disrespect and rudeness was quite honestly shocking. If you go into this store and are served by her make sure you are ready to be greeted by someone who quite clearly hates their job and life and will take it out on you.

OK. This is my favourite QBD store. Don't know what it is about it. The staff are nice and always happy to help, good selection of comic books as well as fantasy/fiction, AND it's never super busy. The aisles are a little squishy, but it's never a big deal. Staff member Lorcan is always especially kind, asks about where I'm up to in a book series I read - it's really appreciated.

I find QBD generally to be over priced, considering that ppl will now buy online, get audible and the trusted kindle. However, what QBD does well are their sales. Got some great bargains here today. I must say…personally I am not a fan of their paid rewards program. However., it is what it is.
