I came here a few times to pick a book out for my friend as a birthday gift, but I could not find anything that I was happy with, until a lovely staff named Ally came by and actually helped me recommend a book that was perfect for my friend! I instantly loved the book, the moment I read it!! Ally was not only initiative but attentive and very friendly! Very happy with the customer service :)

I was looking for a rather niche book for a friend and the staff found it easily - they even discussed the suitability of the book for my friend. They served the other customers and me quickly and offered advice and a warm comment to all.
