We have now engaged with QLD Roof Solutions on nearly a dozen jobs since the Nov '25 storms. Not only have they been one of the only companies to be able to do the work, they have been amazing at prioritising jobs and communication with both tenants and our agency. They have taken a proactive and pragmatic approach in doing basic / minimum repairs while onsite ( providing before and after photo along with solid and actionable recommendations ) and each time they have acted well within reason and we are yet to have any negative feedback from either tenants dealing with them onsite or property owners / investors footing the bill.
