We have now engaged with QLD Roof Solutions on nearly a dozen jobs since the Nov '25 storms. Not only have they been one of the only companies to be able to do the work, they have been amazing at prioritising jobs and communication with both tenants and our agency. They have taken a proactive and pragmatic approach in doing basic / minimum repairs while onsite ( providing before and after photo along with solid and actionable recommendations ) and each time they have acted well within reason and we are yet to have any negative feedback from either tenants dealing with them onsite or property owners / investors footing the bill. I have had the pleasure of engaging QLD Roof Solutions to inspect the roof of our 3 storey complex. I was provided with a detailed report with photos of the defective areas along with a scope of works and quotation to complete the works within 1 week of the inspection. I have so far been very happy with the professionalism and service provided and would highly recommend their service.

We have been using QLD roof Solutions for a while now and they have been great to deal with as a Real Estate agency. Some roofing companies are difficult due to us being an agency however never had any issues with QLD roof Solutions. Always fast to communicate and let us know when they are attending.

QLD Plumbing Solutions really impressed me with their professionalism and quality of work. I had a few plumbing issues that needed urgent attention, and they were quick to respond and even quicker to fix the problems. The plumber was friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave honest advice without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Everything is working perfectly now, and I feel confident knowing I’ve found a plumber I can trust. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.
